About using tables for lists
It's a nice idea to make such special lists on dramas. But try to avoid tables if possible. Real lists may be more suitable because tables are just too difficult to edit for wiki newcomers. It's better to keep it more simple so that other editors can support you. IMHO, tables should only used for complete lists or for complex layouts. Also I think that just listing the dramas by name and year would be enough. Ratings could be included in a list too, but they should be available on the drama pages already, right? --MoerkJ 20:43, 9 Oct 2005 (EDT)
Getsuku only for Fuji TV shows?
Is Getsuku used only for Fuji TV's Monday 9 program?--Auroragb 17:43, 17 Apr 2006 (EDT)
- Y'know, I've been wondering the exact same thing ever since someone started this. Getsuku basically means "golden time". Technically, "golden time" refers to the time slot of Monday 19:00 to 22:00. But more specific it refers to the period of Monday 21:00 to 21:54, which traditionally is the most popular time slot of the entire week. And, "golden time" refers to ALL television networks - not just Fuji TV. I think some people think it refers specifically to Fuji TV because their shows have owned the number-one position in that time slot since 2004 (NTV held the number-one spot for years until 2003.)
- The "official" brand name Fuji TV uses is フジテレビ月曜9時枠の連続ドラマ, which translates to the "Fuji Television renzoku (serial) drama in the Monday 21:00 timeslot". Personally, I could care less about all this timeslot branding cr*p. Groink 19:58, 17 Apr 2006 (EDT)
