The '''gaikokujin''' (外国人) category is used to categorize all [[Wikipedia:Actor|actors]] '''active''' in the Japanese [[DramaWiki:Glossary_of_terms#E_-_H|geinokai]] (one or more TV dramas, and multiple appearances in TV shows in general) who are not of Japanese ethnicity and were not born in Japan. Even though technically Koreans and Chinese can be categorized as ''kankokujin'' and ''chugokujin'' respectively, for the purpose of DramaWiki gaijin will include both Koreans and Chinese to avoid over-categorization.
