Synopsis
About the careers and love lives of four men in their forties who have been friends since they were young, as they go through love, breakup, success and failure.
The self-disciplined and diligent magazine editor-in-chief, Ye Han, helped the clumsy and lovely physical education teacher Li Xiaoxiao resolve embarrassing crises again and again by chance, but his past experiences made it difficult for him to take the first step of love. Meanwhile the enthusiastic and direct magazine publisher Xu Jiacheng met Tong Yiwen, a former top model; and the two of them continued to seek balance in their pursuit of love and career. However, things complicate between the four individuals because of Xiaoxiao's secret love for Jiacheng.
Xu Yan is a down-to-earth lawyer who excels in his profession, but he has never dared to face his relationship with the young and energetic Xu Jialin.
Lu Zheng, a restaurant owner who is a romantic at heart; has been married to his wife Guo Shengyun for many years. In a seemingly beautiful marriage, also lies troubles unknown to many.
