==Synopsis==
Since her birth, Ah Xun ([[Chen Yi Rong]]), as well as her sister Yicheng, have been suffering from a heart disease which makes them unable to run or do a lot of activities that other kids do. Because of this she is picked on by all her schoolmates. Her only friend is a boy named Qing Chuan. Always together, Ah Xun is saddened when Qing Chuan tells her that he and his family are moving to America. Unwilling to never see each other again, Qing Chuan gives her a glass bottle filled with a piece of lavender as a token that he will never forget her, and promises her that he will meet back up with her 10 years later on Ah Xun's 20th birthday.

Ten years pass and Ah Xun still has not forgotten her first love Qing Chuan, even though her boss's son Xiao Tong is in love with her, waits for the day when she can see him again. Qing Chuan returns to Taiwan, but this time known as the famous singer named Leo. Leo has not forgotten about her either, and after a few misunderstandings, the two of them meet back up and start a relationship. But with the presence of Xiao Tong, Leo's girlfriend Maggie, and Ah Xun's illness, they wonder if they will be able to stay together.

==Synopsis==
Xiao Shi is a girl who has gone through many short relationships, 17 to be exact, not one lasting more than 3 months hence, she was cursed with a three-month curse. After being dumped by her 17th boyfriend, the world looks grimmer than ever. At that time, a famous idol, He Qun runs past, bumps into Xiao Shi, and they end up "kissing" on the street. The producer said Smiling Pasta is a taiwanese remake of ''Full House''. But with the media playing a larger role.

==Review by Mei==
This drama is lighthearted and very enjoyable. Plus the music is also very happy, which lightens the mood of the drama even more.

First off, there are many similarities to the Korean Drama Full House, featuring Rain and Song Hye Kyo. Both presented a love contract between a famous star and a commoner. The main girl characters are both pure in heart and have good intentions. The media served as the antagonist of both dramas, although more expressed in Smiling Pasta than Full House. The difference is that Xiao Shi wanted to impress her family so she entered the love contract whereas Han Ji Eun needed her "Full House" back. There was a conflict between the two brothers (Young-Jae considered Min-Hyuk his brother) and the girl the main character liked initially left them to be with the other guy. Both dramas explored the central themes very well – love, influence of media, and power of family.

Let's start with Nicholas Teo's performance. He is a big shot star, and he acted so. He can show his mischievous side as well as his caring side. A native Malaysian, even though his Mandarin was very good, you could still get a sense that he was not a native of Taiwan. This served a little problem because his accent and his brother's accent were different even though they came from the same families. I think this part made the drama less credible, but it did not affect the overall quality of the drama.

Cyndi Wang's performance was very convincing as well. She portrayed an innocent girl, although a little unsophisticated at times. She acted very cute and adorable, just as her character ought supposed to be.

The other two characters, Gino and Zhang Hong Qiao complemented the drama very well. Gino was fierce and unforgiving, but also has a caring side for people close to him. And Hong Qiao's character, the "evil other-woman" was carried out flawlessly. She was not too scheming, which was the right amount for the drama, or else it would have changed the feel of the drama.

The songs from the OST mirrored the happy image the drama sought to give. The introduction of the drama illustrated the importance of smiling, one of the central themes of the story. The slow and sometimes somber songs depicted the tragedies in the drama, which was portrayed perfectly. If you like happy music, this is something you should get.

Overall rating: 4.5/5. Definitely worth watching, the performances of the actors will make you want to get to the next episode and finish the whole thing. I know I stayed up until 3 AM to watch it, and even then I forced myself to sleep =].

==Synopsis==
Xiao Tao is a young girl entering college. Things just don't seem to be going right for her. ==Synopsis==
After Ke-luo's recognition party, Qi-xiang and Ke-luo finish cleaning up the studio. As they are rather tired, they start messing around and knock down a vase, which starts a fire. At the same time, Duo-li who just finished working overtime looked outside the window and saw smoke in the building across from hers. She hurriedly rushed out to check..

Meanwhile, Qi-xiang and Ke-luo had quickly put out the fire and in the process, hurt Ke-luo's foot. Finding that the power got cut and the doors got locked, they decide to settle down and wait for help. Duo-li hurries and finds that there are people inside and help them call the police to open the doors for them. She waits outside with them until the cops arrive, then leaves, leaving Qi-xiang and Ke-luo mystified. Ke-luo feels a connection with Duo-li and asks Qi-xiang to find her for him.
The next day, Duo-li's co-worker, Jia-shan, who is also her boss's daughter has a date with a rich guy. Jia-shan asks Duo-li to go with her, who agrees. It turns out the rich guy is Qi-xiang, but Duo-li doesn't know that. The date goes on well until the end of it when Jia-shan leaves without telling Duo-li. Duo-li, who is hurriedly trying to catch up with Jia-shan trips into Qi-xiang and brings them both on the ground. As Qi-xiang's clothes got dirtied, Duo-li insists on paying for them, but at the same time she is called to return back to work. Hastily, she writes down her work number for Qi-xiang to contact her, but in her rush she forgets to leave her name. Qi-xiang gets a call that the mystery girl got identified is called Duo-li and decides to go check her out..

Qi-xiang goes to Duo-li's workplace, to discover that it is also where Jia-shan, his annoying date today, works. Jia-shan sweetly helps Qi-xiang find Duo-li, who is a little confused as she wasn't expecting anyone that day. When Duo-li knocks at the door and Qi-xiang turns around, she realizes that he was the guy she accidently pushed down today. ''Now how did he find me so quickly?''

==Synopsis==
Ho-Jung ([[Chae Rim]]) is a cute, naive girl who often falls head over heals with the wrong guys.
Both Ho-Jung and Kyu-In ([[So Ji Sub]]), her neighbor, are idealistic about love. They start off on the wrong foot and treats each other as if they were siblings, constantly fighting. Ho-Jung's friend Cha Hee ([[Choi Yoon Young]]) has a thing for Kyu-In and Ho-Jung later realizes that she too has feelings for him. Ho-Jae ([[Kwon Sang Woo]]), Ho-Jung's brother, is a player, who has good physical features. Things start to get complicated for Ho-Jae when he falls for Ho-Jung's friend Soo-Ji ([[Lee Hee Jung]]), who does not have a physical appeal but has a good personality and intelligence.

==Synopsis==
A shy artistic girl, Qi Luo ([[Barbie Xu]]),is approached by a the care-free and play-boy Chen Ling ([[Vic Zhou]]),who asked Qi Luo for directions to a hospital. In a split-second Ling forgets what the hospital name was. Hurriedly Qi Luo draws a map for him, unknowing that she was drawing on the back of one her drawings. Ling thanked her but she ran off before she could hear him, he then noticed the picture and was touched. The next time they had seen each other, Ling told her about the picture but Qi Luo ignored him and said he could keep the picture. Ling was very touched by the picture and that drew him closer and closer towards Qi Luo. But his past comes back to haunt him when a new student arrives as well as Qi Luo's past comes back. Feelings will collide when you have a jealous ex come to stand up and fight for Ling against Qi Luo and an known admirer confesses his feelings to Qi Luo.
