==Synopsis==
Upon getting thrown out of his girlfriend Fujiko's apartment, Hiromi (Sorimachi) decides to head for the ocean. En route, he crosses paths with Kaito (Takenouchi), an elite employee of a large multinational trading company in Tokyo who is running away from his problems at work after losing a key client. The two stumble into a quiet B&B on the beach run by the aging surfer Masaru and his high-school-aged granddaughter Makoto. Hiromi immediately applies to work there for the summer, and Kaito is forced to join him after he loses his wallet. The two share a room, with Hiromi trying to make friends, and Kaito at first resisting, unimpressed by Hiromi's devil-may-care attitude. Slowly over the ensuing episodes, Kaito becomes more and more at home in this sleepy rural town, and begins to wonder if he should give up his pursuit of success in the big city, and try to relax, and enjoy himself more. When he returns to Tokyo to finish his work, Hiromi and Makoto come to lure him back, but when he returns to the B&B, his boss and girlfriend Sakura likewise come looking for him.

==SP Synopsis==
3 months have passed since the events on the beach. Kaito works for a marine biologist (Kirishima Karen) whereas Hiromi dates the heiress (Shinohara Ryoko) of a Hawaiian hotel owner. When Kaito's work takes him to the island as well, they run into each other by chance. Makoto and Haruko now run the B&B back in Japan. One day they win a trip which will make the reunion complete.

==Synopsis==
Sachiko and Masato Azuma (Shinohara Ryoko and Yamaguchi Tatsuya), in their 4th year of marriage, had been so excited about the birth of their long-waited first child. They named their baby boy "Hikaru" (meaning light in Japanese). Nobody doubted that the birth of their precious son Hikaru would bring great happiness to the Azumas' family life. Until one day, Sachiko noticed that there was something different about Hikaru. This heartwarming drama is a story about family. Hikaru's mother goes through so many difficulties raising her autistic son, sometimes so overwhelmed that she doesn't know what to do. Then at Hikaru's school, with the help of one very special teacher (Kobayashi Satomi), she learns to deal with her son's autism and think positive about her family life. Her story will touch the heart of all mothers with young children, mothers who have brought up young children, as well as woman who will be mothers in the future.
===Synopsis===
====Synopsis 1====
15-year-old Ikeuchi Aya was an ordinary girl, the daughter of a family who works at a tofu shop, and a soon-to-be high schooler. However, odd things have been happening to Aya lately. She has been falling down often and walks strange. Her mother, Shioka, takes Aya to see the doctor, and he informs Shioka that Aya has spinocerebellar degeneration - a terrible disease where the cerebellum of the brain gradually deteriorates to the point where the victim cannot walk, speak, write, or eat. A cruel disease, as it does not affect the mind in the least. How will Aya react when told about her disease? And how will Aya live from now on?

====Synopsis 2====
This beautifully moving drama is based on the real-life struggles of a 15-year-old girl named Aya who suffered from an incurable disease, but lived life to the fullest until her death at 25. The script is based on the diary Aya kept writing until she could no longer hold a pen. The book that later followed entitled "One Litre of Tears" has sold over 1.1 million copies in Japan alone.

Aya's only wish was "to live." By carefully depicting Aya's earnest desire to live, and the love of her family, friends, and lover, the drama, "One Litre of Tears" wishes to deliver her simple but strong message: "Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing." ---''Fuji TV''
===Reviews===
This is a lot like [[Sekai no Chuushin de, Ai wo Sakebu]]. (For those who've never seen this drama/movie, it's about a girl sick with leukemia.)

Although this is a really sad drama, I recommend it. It's tear-jerking for the most part, but definitely has its cute moments. You really grow to love each member of Ikeuchi's family also.

====by Daemonneko====
Based on a true story, One Litre of Tears is about the life story Kitou Aya (1962-1988) a girl who had an incurable disease called Spinocerebellar Degeneration Disease (also known as SCA type 2; ''spinocerebellar ataxia'' type 2)at a young age of 15. Although the girl in the drama - Ikeuchi Aya, lived in the 21st century, her character was based on Kitou Aya's life, how she struggled and fought her disease and how she wrote her deepest thoughts until the last day she could hold a pen. Before she died, her writings were published including the poems she wrote while she is staying in a school for the disabled. This gave new hopes to people who suffers the same disease as she did and soon Aya received letters of appreciation and thanks from those people. At the age of 25, she succumbed herself into a sleep where she could no longer feel any pain.

Ichi Rittoru no Namida is a heart-warming drama that will make people happy for the simple fact that they are alive, and will give hope to those who suffers from diseases and will make them think positive about living instead of giving up easily.

I give this drama two-thumbs up!
==Synopsis==
Oomae Haruko is an A+ Temp worker who never cracks a smile or minces words, and leaves work on the dot. But her cynical nature indicates she has something painful to hide. Satonaka Kensuke has just been promoted to head S&F's new Marketing Division. Saddled with a rag-tag group of subordinates, he is struggling to lift his division off the ground. When Oomae is placed in Kensuke's department, she finds herself doing more work than she's ever done before.

This is a timely drama that examines the different attitudes toward temp workers and regular employees, and the ways to overcome frictions in interpersonal relationships. This follows an October report on labor conditions by the Labor Ministry, which showed that, after regulations were relaxed, the proportion of regular employees to Temps had doubled compared to that of eight years ago.
==Synopsis==
Abandoned at the age of five by her mother, deaf and mute Mahiru Morita's life has been filled with sorrow. Living with adoptive parents in Okinawa, she is also routinely treated cruelly at home and at school. But hope springs eternal as she dreams of one day finding her true mother living in far-off Tokyo. Can her dream come true? When young Kazuki, a young man attending university in Tokyo, comes to visit Okinawa on a scuba diving expedition, a life-threatening incident brings the two young hearts together. As their adventure unfolds, young Kazuki recounts to Mahiru the fable of how a young girl is showered with coins from heaven in admiration of her purity of heart. Is Mahiru the one?
