+Once upon a time, the "Juunishi Doumei" (Zodiac Alliance), which protected people from the mysterious lifeforms known as the "Fukashigi" (Unthinkables), went into a 100-year slumber to prepare for the inevitable battle against the villains. Now in the present day, Otosumi Sora, a servant of the Mizuki family, transforms into Kamen Rider MY-TH, for the sake of Yuna, the young lady of the Mizuki family. What supposed to be a joint battle against the "Fukashigi" becomes complicated as Sora and the "Juunishi Doumei" find themselves having conflicts. Meanwhile, turns out the leader of the "Juunishi Doumei" is a cat?
