+In the festive music, the old couple of Yan's family are snapping up moon cakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The eldest son Yan Zhiguo is preparing to take his wife Li Yun and his daughter back to his hometown in Shandong for the festival. Because of official duties, Yan Zhiguo was unable to rush home for the holidays. Yan's mother is depressed because of her family who can't get together. At this time, she happened to learn that her good sister, Granny Cai, was suffering from kidney disease and died soon after. Also felt unwell, and was persuaded by my old friend Dr. Lu to go to the city hospital for physical examination. After returning home, her son Yan Zhiguo, who had just returned from Guangzhou, fainted in the kitchen and was sent to the hospital for examination. Yan Zhiguo rushed back to Guangzhou in an emergency, and asked his brother and sister to tell him immediately after finding out that Yan's mother was sick. Yan's mother fell ill again and was admitted to the hospital. An old friend, Doctor Lu, informed Yan Zhiguo's family that Yan's mother had uremia.
