Synopsis
During the Qing dynasty, Zhuo Yihang, a disciple of the Wudang Sect, falls in love with Lian Nichang (the White-Haired Demoness). But their romance is met with relentless opposition from his fellow sect members, ultimately leading to their tragic separation. Heartbroken, Lian Nichang’s black hair turns white overnight, and her appearance changes drastically.
In order to restore her hair and beauty, Zhuo Yihang roams the world in search of the rare Youtan Flower, which only blooms once every sixty years. He finally finds it in the Tianshan Mountains, but tragically, the flower is destroyed by Chu Zhaonan, disciple of Reverend Huiming.
