Synopsis
A story about four celebrity wives, each with a husband who is a doctor at the prestigious Teito Hospital, live wealthy lives in the exclusive residential area called "Sky Castle". Behind their smiles hide their competitiveness for their husbands' careers, their children's academics, and their own secrets.
