Synopsis
Shen Ruyi made a name for herself as a seamstress when she was eighteen. However, as she was about to achieve success, she was forced to marry into a faraway land. Not long after marriage, her husband died and she earned the reputation of a jinx. After a series of battles with her evil mother-in-law, she finally managed to escape with her husband's divorce papers. However on the way home, she was robbed by bandits. The penniless Ruyi was saved by the captain of Nanche City. Ruyi's hopes were revitalized; however life wasn't what she she expected to be.
