==Synopsis==
In 1999, Luo Wei Min, a prison investigator at Gucheng Prison, accidentally discovered that Wang Guo Yan, a serious criminal serving his sentence in prison, had committed several crimes. A murder case full of doubts. When Luo Wei Min wanted to investigate the case further, he encountered unexpected levels of resistance.
