Synopsis
The assassin Mei Lin, raised in a secret organization, seeks revenge for the destruction of her family. Carrying a token, she identifies Murong Jing He as her enemy and infiltrates the State of Dayan to assassinate him. Instead, the two are accidentally bound by a life-sharing “Twin Breath Gu,” linking their lives together.
As they spend time together, Mei Lin discovers that the true culprit behind her family’s destruction is actually the Crown Prince. She and Murong Jing He form an alliance to seek revenge.
