Nanba Yurika (Araki Yuko) still could not forget her ex-boyfriend, Saito Makoto, nicknamed "Makocchi" (Kora Kengo), whom she broke up with 5 years ago. She continued to lived in her memories with the imaginery Makocchi. Over the same period, Yurika had been having problems with finding a job. Just when her jobless social benefit was about to run out, she landed herself a new job in an all male real estate company as a trial worker. What is more surprising is that she meets Makocchi again, who said she was an ex-colleague from an old part time job. Makocchi appeared to have moved on in love, co-inhabiting with a rich female romance author, Marunouchi Sakura (Yamaguchi Sayaka). Could Yurika continue in the much-needed job while working with her ex-boyfriend? Has Makocchi really moved on? Could Hiromi (Yoshiko), Yurika's best friend, and Yamashita Akio (Hamano Kenta), Yurika's first client, help Yurika move on from being an ex-boyfriend mania?
