Synopsis
Odagiri plays an elite surgeon, while Nagasawa plays his younger sister. Unlike her brother, Nagasawa's character is poor in academics to the point of being called "miraculously stupid," but her strengths lie in her good nature and power of living. But because they lost their parents when they were young, they grew up with a strong bond despite their constant conflicts. --Tokyograph
