Kanako Higuchi, the star of "Episode Kiyoko," appeared at the Tokyo premiere of Daihachi Yoshida's short film "Mitsuwa." Higuchi was flanked by other members of the short film's cast, including Itsuji Itao, Eri Kyokuyama and Shido Nakamura. "It was a really weird role, unlike anything you'd ever see on TV or that, and a role that really made me laugh," Higuchi said of "Mitsuwa," whose director Yoshida is best known for his work with TV commercials.
