Synopsis

Yoko Hashimoto is a straightforward young woman, who doesn't have any fairy tale notions about life. She grew up without a father, put herself through school, and now has a steady job as a welder at a construction company. But when she is approached by a handsome stranger in the street who claims to be her father's secretary, she doesn't know what to believe. Actually, her father is a prominent hotel chain owner who never knew of Yoko's existence. His secretary, Goh, has his sights set on taking over the business after his boss, but with the discovery of a daughter, his plans will surely be dashed. Unless...he seduces Yoko and marries her, thereby putting himself in line for the hotel business. Unfortunately, Yoko is sucked into his trap, and what seems to her like a romantic twist of fate, turns into a living nightmare. This Cinderella must never let her guard down, for if she does the consequences will be dire. --NTV
