Synopsis
Fushimi Kyosuke is a former detective from Kanagawa Prefectural Police First Division who currently works as a special agent of KSBC (Kanagawa Prefectural Police Investigation and Analysis Centre). He uses his genius brain and knowledge of past crimes to solve difficult cases. He also make use KSBC's latest investigation ability to find the serial killer who murdered his lover.

Synopsis
This story takes place three months before the establishment of KSBC. While Fushimi is away, the three remaining members of the Fushimi Detective Agency receive an email from Fushimi instructing them to investigate the affair of a housewife named "Ishiyama Reiko".
