Synopsis

The Yajima family name has been carried over for five generations through the female side. Yoshizo married into the Yajima family. When his wife passed away, he retained a brother-in-law status within the family. So that he wouldn't lose control of his inheritence, he was not allowed to re-marry, which is why he instead chose to have a mistress (Fumino) instead.
