Synopsis
In 202X, Japan is enveloped in a deep sense of stagnation and has been named as a declining country by the world. Prime Minister Washida Tsuguaki decides to launch an experimental project called "Utopi-AI" (commonly known as UA) in which the AI will find the best leaders from all over the country regardless of age and experience. Maki Aran is a 17-year-old boy who seeks an ideal society despite being young and immature. Along with a few other young people around the age of 20, Aran has been chosen by the AI to reform and change an experimental city for the better.
