Synopsis
Kasamatsu Hotaru is a fourth-year university student who has been facing consecutive failures during job hunting. Hotaru has an "enemy" in her life. This person is Kagiya Miharu, Hotaru's friend who went to the same elementary, junior high, and high school and lives near Hotaru. Unlike Hotaru, Miharu responds well during class disputes and overcomes various challenges with her creativity. Miharu is always in the spotlight which makes Hotaru wonder how life would be if she was Kagiya Miharu. Hotaru tried to pretend to have Miharu's personality and managed to pass the first round of a job application. Not knowing how to respond to it, Hotaru continues to lie with a smile and goes on to the next interview, and the next.
