Synopsis
This story unfolds at the beginning of the 1940s in Shanghai where head of Japanese Intelligence, Matsuda, is concealing top-secret documents known as "The Blue Files", which contain the names of long-time Japanese spies in China. In order to obtain this information, the Nationalist Party dispatches special agent Zhao Kang to infiltrate the Japanese camp.
