Please report vandals on this page. Add new entries on the top of the list. Please include:
  • the IP-address or the name of the vandal
  • a short description of the vandalism (include a link to the page)
  • add your signature (just click the signature button on the edit panel, it's the 2nd one from the right.)

You can check wikipedia's watch list for examples.
