Synopsis

This story unfolds at the beginning of the 1940s in Shanghai where head of Japanese Intelligence, Matsuda, is concealing top-secret documents known as "The Blue Files", which contain the names of long-time Japanese spies in China. In order to obtain this information, the Nationalist Party dispatches special agent Zhao Kang to infiltrate the Japanese camp. At the same time, its military branch sends agents "Silver Fox" and "Cold Ice." Zhao Kang sacrifices both his reputation and relationship with Shen Ya Qi to eventually gain Matsuda's trust...
