Obsolete Templates

I put some template descriptions in an "Obsolete" section because I think they shouldn't be used anymore. For example the category usages templates shouldn't be used because:

1. they provide information to editors only and are of no use for normal readers. (not even 0.1% of our visitors are editors)
2. the categorizing of pages is already described on the help page.
3. the categorizing of pages is one of the first things every editor learns and doesn't need to be explained on every category page.
4. the bodies of category pages should be kept as short as possible. (a short description of the category and perhaps a TOC for large categories should be enough.)

Also, the list of templates should only list commonly used templates. --MoerkJ 10:56, 22 Jul 2006 (EDT)
