A Legend of Shaolin Kungfu is a series consisting of four legends, released from 2007 through 2017:
- A Legend of Shaolin Temple (2007), early Sui dynasty when the reign of exploiting nobles forced the monks off the mountain to help the people
- A Legend of Shaolin Kungfu 2 (2009), end of Sui and birth of the Tang Dynasty, loosely based on the legend "13 monks that rescued the Tang King".
- A Legend of Shaolin Kungfu 3 (2011), Qing Dynasty during the Kangxi reign. The Shaolin were ordered to carry out a deadly mission in the Western region and suffered many disasters along the way.
- A Legend of Shaolin Kungfu 4 (2017), Qing Dynasty during the Kangxi reign. The monk that completed the western region mission is once again ordered to carry out a dangerous task.
