Synopsis

Ming Mo returns to his hometown and starts working at the local news agency, taking charge of the Zhi Guai column. His only contributor is a mysterious woman who gives him three stories: "Ou Niang," a mysterious tale about Master Wang and the puppet bride; "You Yuan Jing Meng," a story about Liu Sheng and Li Niang; and "Liu Ying Pian," the story of Zheng Shao and Yu Ling. However, after each telling, strange events begin to occur to Ming Mo, and he needs to unravel the mystery behind them.
