Synopsis

Bao, a young chef with the ability to see ghosts, keeps a low profile to avoid wandering souls, a challenging task during the Hungry Ghost Festival. His life takes a turn when he encounters Soo Lian, a wandering ghost who refuses reincarnation and seeks Bao's assistance in reuniting with her lover, Hock.

Notes

The is based on the Chinese mythological characters, Zhi Nv and Niu Lang, protagonists of 'The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl,' and their annual reunion during the Hungry Ghost Festival (Qixi Festival).
A co-production between Singapore and Taiwan, it was one of the four dramas invested in by the South Korean subsidiary CJ ENM HK.
