Synopsis
The SSBC (Investigation Support and Analysis Center), is a unit established by the Metropolitan Police Department in 2009, specialising in analysis and follow-up investigations, such as collection and analysis of security camera footages, smart phones, computers, and criminal profiling.
The story focuses on Igaki Shuji, a former detective from the Investigation Department, and Nanami Rintaro, an elite police officer who previously worked in a foreign security firm. Despite their differences, they become great buddies while working under the Violent Crime section of SSBC, a newly established section, specialises in providing supports to the Investigation Department.
