Series Synopsis

The 74th NHK Asadora Drama is Junjo Kirari. Sakurako's dream is to become a jazz pianist. The story is set in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture before, during and after World War II. One of the main themes of the serial is music, so the drama's heroine, Sakurako, and her two elder sisters and a younger brother, are all represented by musical notes in the title sequence. It's a three dimensional animation, and the musical notes run through the turbulent Showa Era as if on a journey of adventure through the four seasons of the year.
