Suspect this user is a spammer of links. Research shows that he has been associated with spam linkers and other "search engine optimization" experts. At least on one occasion he was asking for information on where to purchase text links. He's already spamlinked dozens of artist articles with an adult image site, disguising it as a blog site. To be fair to PeaceUP, I noticed that the two of them have been edit warring, and Forlornhope added rude comments on User PeaceUP's page first, but they've deleted them now. --A10203040 11:49, 28 Apr 2006 (EDT)

I believe that they genuinely want to contribute too, looking at some of their other contributions, although PeaceUP didn't follow the one picture per artist rule, which I think is more of a problem of not knowing dramawiki guidelines.--A10203040 12:07, 28 Apr 2006 (EDT)
