Synopsis
A Man who wanted everything… Jung Soo was a man who lived a life of innocence and diligence. His honest and hard work led him to an opportunity for a bright future. But when he saves a near dying woman through surgery, he becomes mistaken for a skillful doctor. As a savior, she approaches him …the more he sees her the more his life complicates… and a love blossoms…slowly but surely they fall in love… a sweet addiction. In order to protect it, he begins to lie to himself and ignore the past. The moment he rises to the top he loses everything and the love that he thought would give him everything turns into poison. About the Characters
I wish that I too had wings to fly away with... Choi Jung-Soo played by Shin Dong Wook His warm and kind personality has always made him stop to help the unfortunate. When he was little, his mother remarried and his father left him at an orphanage. He had a difficult childhood but he is still looking for his father who promised to come back for him. Although he ranks number one in his high school, he decides to give up continuing his education to college due to poverty and without a trace disappears. He is now living in a small and remote island and where he meets an old kindly doctor and studies medicine there while taking care of the sickly and poor where he even learns to do simple surgeries. But one day, he meets the daughter of a famous city doctor who has come to the island to promote their hospital. But when her appenditis infects he must administer a surgery in order to save her. He is not liscensed but there are no other doctors and no rescues can come to the island due to the typhoon. And when he saves her, he is mistaken for a real doctor and as a result falls into a situation that is hard to resist…
