Synopsis
Akitsu Wataru (Karasawa Toshiaki), is the Toyama Branch Manager of Maruoh Holdings, a long-established major supermarket company. He was demoted under certain circumstances, and he had moved out to the rural area with his family. One day, however, he was recalled to the Head Office as the compliance unit manager. Hidden behind that move was the ulterior motive of the president and directors. Akitsu and his staff come up with novel ideas and methods to resolve the various harassment issues that arise within the company.
