Synopsis

Police chief in a blue-collar part of town called Central Ikegami, Keisuke is known for his laziness. But looks can be deceiving! Having graduated from an elite university, Keisuke merely prefers to lead an unassuming life without all the politics of climbing the department ladder. But the chief always gets the job done when the people need him, and they appreciate his unpretentious attitude. Synopsis

Correlation Chart

There has been a rash of graffiti in the Hon-ikegami station's area. Police commissioner Shiina (Masanobu Takashima) tries to think of solutions, but Maejima (Bengaru) says that we are too short-staffed to really address the problem. At the same time, the rash of car theft that has spread around the country visits the Hon-ikegami area. New head of 2nd Division, Oyamada (Tokuma Nishioka), wants to solve the crimes quickly as does the station's second-in-command Aoyagi (Isao Hashizume). However Shiina starts investigating the graffiti incidents himself.. --TBS
