Synopsis
In July 1937, the Second-Sino Japanese War broke out in the Chahar province. Zhang Song Ling is a simple man born into a family of scholars. Framed by traitors, his family was murdered before his wedding. Embarking on a quest for revenge, Zhang Song Ling joins the army and comes to understand his role as a soldier to defend his country.
