Synopsis

Cho In is a very gifted doctor who has everything that he wants whereas his older brother, Seon Woo, is jealous of all the attention that Cho In recieves. Seon Woo blames his brother for taking everything good in his life away from him. Seon Woo blames Cho In for getting their father's love, getting more recognition as a doctor, and for stealing the woman he loves.

Notes

Filming has been delayed multiple times. The series was scheduled to air on SBS in January 2008 but the air date was later changed to Feburary and then to April. As of now, the series is scheduled to film in November and air in February. Casting has been completed.
Originally the drama was called Cain and Abel but SBS said that they were unable to cast another top actor to star opposite So Ji Sub thus they had to change the storyline and title of the drama. The original storyline was about two brothers who were separated when they were young and they grew up to be two different people. One was a gangster whereas the other was a detective. However, they both fell in love with the same girl. SBS has announced that they have decided to change the title of the drama back to Cain and Abel.
This drama marks the five year absence of So Ji Sub in the small screen. His last drama was Sorry I Love You in 2004. This is also the comeback drama for Shin Hyun Joon who was last seen in Stairway to Heaven.
Actress Jung Ryu Won and Ji Jin Hee were cast in this drama but both backed out of the drama after numerous delays with the production of the drama.
