Synopsis
After watching a high jump competition on TV, Lu Rui Xi is so inspired by a jumper named Zuo Yi Quan, she decides to transfer to his school. The problem: she is a girl, and he attends an all-boy school. Solution: She becomes a boy. Thus, she begins her uphill battle to disguise her true gender and show Quan she is his #1 fan.
What Rui Xi doesn't know is that Quan has discovered her secret. However, he is keeping the secret for her and from her. Why? He likes her and doesn't want her to leave his side. If that means treating her as one of the guys and helping her passing off as a guy, then so be it.
Rui Xi's "manliness" couldn't fool her classmate Jin Xiu Yi's girl radar. However, since Xiu Yi is under the assumption that no girl can attend all-boy school, he starts to question his own sexual orientation when he falls in love with Rui Xi, the boy.

Trivia
- The drama is based on the Japanese shoujo manga Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (花ざかりの君たちへ) by Hisaya Nakajo. The literal translation is "For You In Full Blossom." The manga is also known as Hana Kimi
- The show was renamed under the Japanese manga publisher's mandate to associate the show with the manga to effort to raise manga sales.
- Chun and Jiro promise to show their muscles if Hana Kimi rating was 5 or more. For episode ten, the rating was near five, thus Jiro showed only a small part of his body. Chun was not there, so Jiro showed a bit more of his muscles to make up for Chun.
