Synopsis
In the city of Kyoto, when suspicions fall on politician Tagane Seizo (Ishibashi Renji) due to the sale of nationally owned land to a social welfare services corporation in the year 2010. Tagane Seizo then gets immunity because of his statements in the courtroom, but the public opinion has turned against him because he hasn't been punished by the court.
The scandal is such that a team of prosecutors meet and agree that Tagane Seizo must be prosecuted and go to trial to receive punishment. That's when Hitotsugi Yui (Kitagawa Keiko) takes over as prosecutor of the case and intends to investigate the case with the help of the other prosecutor Tachibana Shinji (Kitamura Kazuki).
