Sprng symbolizes the realization of our hopes and dreams. But when will spring comes for someone who came from a family of criminals and dreams of becoming an upholder of the law?
For Lee Jung Do, it’s not as soon as one might wish it to. Jung Do dreams of becoming a prosecutor. However, it’s not that easy when you come from a family of legendary con artists. Nevertheless he still manages to pass in the law exams, and becomes an excellent prosecutor. Whatever he lacks in talent his pure intention and generosity more than made up for it. Jung Do became good friends with his classmate Kim Joon Ki.
Unlike Jung Do, Joon Ki came from a very rich and distinguished family. Joon Ki is not only wealthy but intelligent and handsome as well. However his aloofness is often mistook for arrogance.
Joon Ki met Oh Young Joo through a blind date, a promising detective haunted by a secret past. He diligently pursued Young Jo although she claimed that she's doesn’t have the time to waste in romance since she’s always busy catching criminals along Jung Do’s neighborhood.
Along the same neighboor lives Moon Chae Ri. She is the daughter of Officer Moon, who happens to be Young Joo’s partner. Chae Ri is an aspiring singer, gifted with a beautiful voice and a face to go with it. But this often proves to be a hindrance rather than edge for it causes jealousy among the other singers. Outside Chae Ri appears to be independent and strong but unbeknowst to everyone beneath the angelic face is a scarred heart. Amidst Chae Ri’s troubles she met Joon Ki and looked upon him as her prince charming until she came across -- Jung Do.
