Synopsis
This drama is about a female lobbyist dealing with international arms traders. Kang Tae Hyuk is a successor of a main munitions business company in Korea. He is a young businessman with perfect appearance using a refined phraseology. He has an innate ability as a lobbyist and is a master schemer. He plans to sweep over the whole of Asia.

Notes
- The filming begins in May. This drama is slated to air in mid-Sept against Bae Yong Jun's new drama.
- Originally the drama was called 'Angel' but Song Il Gook asked that they change the title to 'The Lobbyist' but when Jang Jin Young was casted for this drama, the network decided to change the drama title back to 'Angel'. SBS officially announced that the title of this drama is "Lobbyist."
- The production cost of this drama will be around 10 billion won.
- Episodes 1 and 2 were delayed so it did not air at its scheduled time. The first two episodes will be shown on October 10th and episodes 3 and 4 will be shown on the 11th.
