Synopsis
Set in 1972, the year when Okinawa was back in Japan's control, a cash transport vehicle carrying $1 million US dollars was attacked and disappeared. Fearing this might lead to a diplomatic dispute between Japan and the US, the Ryukyu Police formed a special task force to resolve the matter secretly. The team was given 18 days to solve the case before the reversion of Okinawa to Japanese control. As the investigation progressed, the situation became increasingly complex, involving the Okinawan business community, the local gangs, and even the US military personnel. Can the team recover the missing money and apprehend the culprits before the deadline?
