Synopsis
The story begins at Noto when Hiiragi Kanade, who initially visits as a volunteer, ends up starting a local radio station for the residents. Along with some residents with no experience, no budget, no studio, but a strong passion, a small local radio station is created to brighten the town scarred by earthquakes and cloudbursts.
