I have a question... WHY are you entering the Chinese zodiac on Japanese artists??????? Personally I don't see why we should have this information. After all, DramaWiki is designed for English speakers, and English speakers use the Greek zodiac. If the Wiki was geared towards Chinese speakers, then I could see the Chinese zodiac being put to use. But once again, this is an English-speaking Wiki. I just don't see the purpose and effort in hitting every single artist on the DramaWiki because I'm sure this is the direction you're heading. And that's why I'm bring it up now. Yes, this is a website designed for English speaking people. I really don't see any problem in entering it on a few pages. Isn't the Wiki site for people who are interested in Asian dramas and culture. What can i say, i was kinda bored one day and tried to expand the database of Wiki. I my self am interested in the chinese zodiac, as well i have many friends who are interested in this information as well. If you really have a problem with it, no one is stopping you from changing the pages.

I would like to hear the opinions of other people. Please leave a comment on this matter. Mutalisk

Before any new formatting changes are made to the DramaWiki, it must first be discussed in the D-Addicts forum at the following topic:

I still believe your intent was to change every artist page, and that's why I posted my concern. If I didn't say anything, you would've kept on going with the change. What we're striving for on DramaWiki is a consistent look to ALL of the pages. DramaWiki is NOT a home page for artists. The pages are meant to provide people with a one-page summary document of information that profiles the artist and their dramas. That is why we're strict on the type of information and the organization formatting of the information. We're looking for just basic information about the artist. Things like multiple images, a 100-item list of his/her favorite this-and-that, who her best friends were in grade school were, and so forth goes beyond the means of a wiki page of ANY KIND.

It is true that the wiki concept is totally free-form by definition. However, there is such a thing on the wiki as "too much information." Every wiki has its own set of formatting and organizational rules. You think DramaWiki is strict -- you should try participating on Wikipedia. Groink 21:42, 14 Dec 2005 (EST)
