Over the Rinbow is about three people who love to dance. Main characters Ji Hyun Woo, Kim Ook Bin and Hwanhee. Ji Hyun Woo loves to break dance yet at the same time he is in a gang. This gang makes him do bad things. Kim Ook Bin is a fantastic dancer, she goes on trying to help Ji hyun with his group dance. Then comes in Hwanhee, he is a snobby dancer. He thinks he can dance better then anybody else. He thought Bin couldn't dance, but somehow she danced her way into his heart. Same time she danced into Hyun woo's heart also...
