Synopsis
The story happens in a world where a survival game "Desire Grand Prix" is held as a way to protect the peace of the cities while they are being targeted by mysterious enemy Jamato. The participants of the game can transform to Kamen Riders and compete for scores, with the winner receiving the "right to create an ideal world".
