Synopsis
Shikota Takeshiro is a 27-year-old pediatrician born and raised in Hokkaido. He is transferred to the newly established PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), where he meets Ueno Hajime, a pioneer in the field. Takeshiro came all the way to Tokyo to accomplish a big dream of his which is to "build one of the best PICUs in Japan with the use of medical jets" so that patients can be transported as quickly as possible, especially in the vast natural environment. As a young doctor, Takeshiro will face various challenges and conflicts as he learns to understand life and death.
