Hi, saw that you moved The Biter Bitten to The Bitter Bitten. The official website and Chinese Wikipedia put it as Biter Bitten, just want to check where you got Bitter Bitten from. --A10203040 00:53, 25 Apr 2007 (CDT)
- It appears that several established places are using "Bitter" instead of "Biter", such as spcnet.tv, Crunchy Roll, AsianFanatics, etc. And even stranger, Virtues of Harmony call it "Biter" but their url contains "bitter". To possibly clear it up, "bitter" is a type of taste, much like sour, sweet, etc. "biter" is the act of the mouth biting into something. Groink 01:08, 25 Apr 2007 (CDT)
- Groink posted while I was still typing this up, but yes, there seems to be some inconsistency with the title. Although the article was previously named The Biter Bitten, under the English name, it had The Bitter Bitten. Under half the actors' articles, it was listed as The Bitter Bitten while the other half had it as The Biter Bitten. Two reviews at spcnet also have it has Bitter, but another one has it as Biter. I just wanted there to be one consistent title, so I made them all Bitter. However, if the official site has it as Biter, then I probably should have changed them all to that one instead. The more I think about it, the more logical Biter seems to sound. The biter is, for once, the one bitten vs. a bitter bitten? --Lady Zhuge 01:19, 25 Apr 2007 (CDT)
- Yes, googling it, it seems like The Bitter Bitten gets more hits, but I feel that in this case we should stick with the official site's spelling, and biter certainly sounds more logical. We can put The Bitter Bitten in the also known as section of the details. --A10203040 07:19, 25 Apr 2007 (CDT)
