Synopsis
Chen Po Wen and Chen Po Han, born two years apart, find themselves caught between family responsibilities at the taxi company. While Chen Po Wen dreams of exploring the world and pursuing education abroad, Chen Po Han is expected to stay in their hometown, taking over the family business. However, the seismic earthquake in Taiwan in 1999 and global worries about the millennium's end create uncertainty for their family's business. Now, the two brothers must reassess their dreams in light of these challenges.
