Synopsis
This drama focuses on the fireworks industry, which is suffering from a decline in events due to the coronavirus pandemic. "Mochizuki Fireworks Store" is a fireworks store that has been running for generations. Mochizuki Wataru is the fourth generation owner who passes away at the age of 80, leaving his son Seitaro alone and at a loss for words. Few months later, Wataru, who was supposed to be dead, appears in front of Seitaro as if he is still alive. This is a heartwarming fantasy, depicting the mysterious daily life of the father and son fireworks masters.

Synopsis
Last year, fireworks were back again after the coronavirus pandemic. However due to an increase of interviews, Mochizuki Seitaro now leads a life of seclusion in his room and the Mochizuki Fireworks Store has been closed. Meanwhile, Mizumori Hikari, who is Seitaro's live-in apprentice, is now working part-time at another fireworks store, and tells Seitaro that she has once again realised the excellence of Mochizukis' fireworks. At the same time, the ghost of Mochizuki Wataru appears for the first time in a long time. He sees the unmotivated Seitaro and tells him that he should close down the store. Just then, a mysterious woman arrives at Mochizuki Fireworks Store and volunteers to become Seitaro's apprentice and wants to marry him.
