Synopsis

Shanghai, 1933. A secret meeting of Communist underground members is raided before it even begins, leaving half of the 12 attendees arrested. Among them are a senior intelligence officer carrying vital secrets and a dangerous traitor hiding in plain sight. Chen Qianli, newly returned from the north, is sent to Shanghai to uncover the traitor and complete another top-secret mission. As old friends, former mentors, long-lost brothers and memories of a past love resurface, he must cut through layers of deception and protect the truth with unwavering faith.
