Synopsis
Haruki Nao finally achieved her dream of becoming a general practitioner, only to be crushed by the grueling reality of the medical field. Physically and mentally exhausted, Nao's passion begins to flicker out, until she meets Sonoda Shuji, the devoted older brother of one of her patients. As they work together to support Shuji's younger sister's treatment, their bond deepens into a deep, mutual love. However, the complicated ties between the "brother and sister" turns their romance into a forbidden one, which ultimately comes to an end following a certain incident.
Three years later, fate brings Nao and Shuji back together at the hospital where she works. Yet the encounter marks the beginning of a new tragedy.
